TERMS OF SERVICE FOR HOSTING ACCOUNTS
Service:
180Networks provides web hosting for a fee. The hosting fee, which may vary, only includes web server storage space and monthly data transfer of web pages and email. The hosting fee does not include web design or website maintenance. 180Networks sells space/hosting service on a co-owned server, which is maintained by a third party. The service level agreement between 180Networks and the co-owner is a guaranteed uptime of 99%. 180Networks will make every effort to maintain a 99% uptime commitment. There may be instances of outages and service interruptions outside of 180Networks control. We will strive to restore network outages immediately. 180Networks will not be held responsible for disruption in business, loss of data, or email outages resulting in loss of business or monetary equivalent losses.
Each customer should maintain their own backup of web content and data.
Data Transfer:
Each hosting account has a limitation on monthly data transfer. If the limits are exceeded you may (1) experience a website/email suspension, (2) experience an increased monthly cost based on your total usage, or (3) be required to upgrade your hosting package.
Cancellation:
180Networks reserves the right to cancel any account, with notice, that it deems necessary.
No hosting account may host adult content, streaming video or audio, or publicly offensive material that includes sexual, racial, or criminal activity content.
A customer may cancel the hosting account at any time.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED
The cancellation of an account will NOT warrant a refund unless the reason for cancellation is non-performance by 180Networks. Non-performance will not include lack of data transfer capacity, lack of storage space, lack of features, or the customer moves to another host for additional transfer, space, or features.
